Esta comunicaci\u00f3n se realiza porque en los contratos de agencia que se hayan pactado por tiempo indefinido, se exige la necesidad de comunicar la finalizaci\u00f3n del contrato. Esta comunicaci\u00f3n debe hacerse por escrito y con una antelaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima.<\/p>\n
Este plazo de preaviso ser\u00e1 de un mes por cada a\u00f1o de vigencia del contrato, con un m\u00e1ximo de seis meses. Si el contrato de agencia ha estado vigente por un periodo inferior a un a\u00f1o, el plazo de preaviso ser\u00e1 de un mes.\u00a0 Puede pactarse un plazo de preaviso superior al mes, pero en ning\u00fan caso inferior a este
